The MVC golf event begins at Noon on July 7 - the format is a shotgun start, four-person best ball scramble with two flights. The flights will be arranged based upon information submitted with the registration for handicap and team preferences. Teams will be set by preference; however, it may be necessary to make changes based upon tournament needs.

Golf Event/Reception Registration Form - The $100 registration fee includes a box lunch, cart, registration gift and reception from 4 to 6 p.m.

Reception-Only Registration Form – For those not wishing to golf, the $25 registration fee includes just the post-event reception from 4 to 6 p.m.

There are a limited number of spaces available. Registration for Mississippi Valley Conference participants will be open until May 25.  Open registration is from May 26 to June 15.

The Day’s Events

Event check-in will begin at 9 a.m. and continue until Noon.  The members’ locker room is available for participants, as well as the practice area.  A box lunch will be provided at the clubhouse to registrants at 11 a.m.  All players should complete lunch, warm-up and preparation and be at their designated starting hole by 11:50 a.m.

A reception will be held in the clubhouse from 4 to 6 p.m. at which time the winners will be announced and prizes awarded.
